High season (Holy Week, July, August, September, Christmas): Cancellations 15 days before arriving, no charge. Cancellations within the 15 days before the arrival, the 20% of the total amount will be charged. Cancellations within the 7 days before the arrival, the down payment will be lost (40% of the total). In the case of No-Show, the total reservation will be charged.
